Where do you ship?

At this stage, we ship Australia-wide. We hope to expand further in the future.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are packed with care within 1–2 business days. From there, delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
(Delays may occasionally occur during peak periods or due to courier schedules.)

What is your return policy?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products. If your product is unused and in its original condition, you may return it within 14 days of purchase.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please email us at admin@lanea.com.co with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, and Shop Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please email us as soon as possible at admin@lanea.com.co

Do you use sustainable packaging?

Yes. We use recyclable packaging wherever possible and are committed to reducing unnecessary plastics. Our aluminium pots were chosen over glass for their durability, recyclability, and safer everyday use.
